Swimming Coach – Aswar ( Sri Lanka )

Aswar is a swimming coach from Sri Lanka with more than 20 years of coaching experience. He participated in major competition. Her commitment as your coach, is to facilitate improved health and fitness through swimming hoping to create a fun fitness and healthy competitive environment for swimmers of all ages. She reaches out to various types of young swimmers, including triathletes, the open water swimmer, the fitness swimmer, and the competitive pool swimmer and is largely focused on developmental skills of the young swimmer. She emphasizes proper technique in all of the competitive strokes; butterfly, backstroke, breastroke, and freestyle and will reinforce proper body position with actual stroke.

CREDENTIALS:

•        International coach Certificate from Authority of Youth & Sports, UAE.
•        International coach certificate from UAE Swimming Association, recognized by FINA
•        Certified of Lifeguard, first Aid and CPR from American Red cross.

She have been swimming since childhood and have always loved being in the water, joined the swimming team when she was just five years old. She is a national gold medalist and still like  to participate in swimming competition.  Her main stroke is butterfly.

She like to teach kids and adults, group classes, private classes, and also can teach advance level and any age group, all the four stroke.

She have done life guard course ,basic first aid, CPR in U.A.E. and,also have done coaching certification course ( ASCA  level 1,2,3).
